Braised Pork

First cut the pork belly, and then prepare the soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, green onion, ginger, and plum.

Blanch the flesh and blood, remove it and wash it again.

Pour oil in the pot, stir-fry with green onion and ginger, then pour in pork belly and stir-fry until the meat is fragrant.

Pour in the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add water to cover the pork belly, then add rock sugar and plum, bring to a boil on high heat, reduce heat to simmer for 40 minutes, and finally collect the juice on high heat.
