Braised Pork and Potato Chips

Braised pork. The duck meat I used.

Cut potatoes into strips.
3.
Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the potatoes.
4.
The potatoes change color, add salt and continue to stir fry.
5.
Add the right amount of water.
6.
When the water is half boiled. Add the braised pork and stew. Add a small amount of soy sauce.
7.
When the stew is done, add the green onions and stir fry. Out of the pot.
8.
Finished product.
