Braised Pork Belly with Local Eggs

Get the ingredients! The pork belly is peeled or not peeled. The skin is more fragrant when used to squeeze the oil.

Cook the eggs! Soak the boiled eggs in cold water for a while, peel them and set aside.

Pour cold water into the pot to blanch the pork belly and remove it for later use.
