Braised Pork Belly with Pickles

1. Prepare the ingredients for later use.

2. Heat a pot with a little oil, dry dried oysters, and dry oysters and fry until fragrant.

3. Wash the pot and heat it with a little oil, and fry the pork slowly.

4. Fry the garlic together when you turn it over.

5. Add pickles, sugar, fried dried fish and dried oysters and stir fry together.

6. Add the dark soy sauce and water, cover the pot and simmer until the pork is sticky.
