Braised Pork Belly with Quail Eggs

Prepare various seasonings, boil the quail eggs and peel them

Cut the pork belly with skin into pieces, stir-fry directly in the pan, until the color changes and the oil becomes oily

Add the stir-fry ingredients and stir fry to create a fragrance

Pour in the very fresh soy sauce to taste

Add the braised soy sauce to mix and stir-fry evenly

Pour in a little more water, 1-2 cm below the pork, boil the pot to medium-low heat and simmer for 40 minutes
