Braised Pork Belly with Sauerkraut

Prepared materials.

Put water in a pot, add pork belly, add ginger and pepper aniseed and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes.

Add sauerkraut and stew.

Remove the pork belly and let cool.

Put the sauerkraut and put the pork belly on it. My knife is relatively blunt, so the meat is thicker. Knife skills need to be improved.
