Braised Pork Belly with Small Oil Tofu

Ingredients: small oil tofu, pork belly (cut and blanched), dried chili, rock sugar

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the pork belly and stir fry.

Then, mix in the right amount of dried chilies and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Then, combine the small oil tofu.

Add 1 piece of rock sugar.
