Braised Pork Belly with Winter Melon

Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in cold water in advance.

Wash the pork belly and cut into slices, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch and stir well, then add a little oil, stir well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Peel the wax gourd and remove its flesh.

Wash and cut into hob blocks.

Pick up the frying pan, stir-fry the pork belly until the color changes.

Raise the pan again, stir the green onion and ginger into the pan, and stir-fry the winter melon.

Stir fry with soy sauce.

Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, and stir-fry the vermicelli. Fry evenly, cover the pot and cook. Bring the fire to a boil, change to a slow-cooking, and stir fry at the right time.

Ingredients are 8 or 9 minutes cooked, and stir-fried with sugar.

Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
11.
Stir-fried pork belly in the pan.
12.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
How soon the fans enter the pot depends on how difficult the fans are. The fans that have been soaked in advance are easier to cook.
