Braised Pork Belly with Yuba

Sliced pork belly

Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork belly and stir fry, stir fry until the pork belly comes out of oil

Add scallions, ginger, dried chilies, and fry for a fragrant

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

Add water and sugar, add water to the meat level
