Braised Pork Blood

Prepare pig blood.

Cut pig blood into pieces.

Add water to the pot and put pig blood in it.

Blanch the water and boil it.
5.
Remove the pig blood.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add pig blood.

Add soy sauce.
9.
Add some chili sauce.

With salt.

Add chicken broth for flavor.

Serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. Blanch the pig's blood and eat more at ease.
2. Stir-fried leeks with pork blood or stir-fried with pickled peppers tastes good.
