Braised Pork Bone

1. Ingredients: meat bones (washed and blanched), dried chili, cinnamon, aniseed, rock sugar

2. Put the blanched meat and bones into a pot of clean water.

3. Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.

4. Add the right amount of soy sauce.

5. Add the right amount of oyster sauce.

6. Add 3 teaspoons of salt.

7. Add dried chili, cinnamon and aniseed.

8. Add rock sugar.

9. Then, cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, turn off the heat, and soak for another hour.
