My mother-in-law bought a pig's ear and didn't know how to make it. I said it's simple. Braised in brown sauce is good. It's especially delicious. The pig's ears are crisp and Q. Even my son likes it.
Last time I bought a bottle of braised soy sauce in the supermarket. The taste is a bit different from the soy sauce. The color of braised soy sauce is very good when making braised soy sauce. Even novices can make beautiful braised dishes.

Braised Pork Ears

1. Prepare materials. (The hair of pig ears is called to buy pork to help shave it)

2. Cut the pig's ears into large pieces, slice the ginger, and tie the green onions into green knots.

3. Pork ears, green onions, and ginger are boiled in a pot under cold water, and then boil for 2 minutes.

4. Add half a bowl of braised soy sauce to 2 bowls of water, add green onion knots, ginger and star anise. Add a small piece of borneol sugar.

5. Put the pig ears into a high heat and cook, then turn to a low heat and cook for half an hour.

6. Taste the taste when it is almost cooked, add some seasonings, cook and let cool and slice.

7. Pour some hot braised sauce when eating, or you can eat it cold.

Tips:

1. Braised soy sauce, you can add it to your favorite color during the cooking process, don't pour too much at one time.
2. At the end of the cooking process, add seasonings appropriately, or turn over during the cooking process to prevent sticking to the pan.
3. Pork ears can be eaten cold or hot. If you like hot, you can put it back in the braised sauce and heat it up.
