Braised Pork Ears

250g braised pork ears, 30g garlic, 15g coriander
10g rice vinegar, 15g light soy sauce, 30g chili oil

Cut the braised pork ears into suitable size for later use

Cut coriander into sections, mince garlic
4.
Add coriander, minced garlic, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, chili oil
5.
Mix well and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes
6.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves to garnish

1. The pig's ears can be marinated in the grocery store, and add your favorite seasonings to the wine
