Grandma's Recipe-steamed Knuckle
1.
Wash the pork knuckles and perform the first round of plucking. I don’t have much skill in choosing elbows.
2.
Blanch the water, remove it after blanching, and pluck the second round of hair, make sure that there is no hair at all.
3.
Prepare ingredients: two scallions, three slices of ginger, four heads of garlic, pepper and star anise.
4.
After the water is boiled, put the blanched trotters and add all the ingredients. Simmer for more than three hours.
5.
Debone the stewed trotters. (Don’t waste the bone sticks, it tastes good when dipped in soy sauce, I eat them when I stand in the kitchen...)
6.
Cut green onion, shredded ginger, minced garlic
7.
Take a basin, and sprinkle the boneless trotters, green onions, ginger, minced garlic on the elbows, sprinkle with soy sauce, soy sauce, elbow soup, soy sauce, soy sauce, elbow soup 1:2:1, put more old Draw color.
8.
Cover the basin with elbows with tin foil and tie a few holes to prevent water vapor from dripping into the basin. Steam on the pot for 30 minutes.
9.
Just sprinkle chopped green onion before serving
Tips:
1️⃣The hair of the elbow must be cleaned.
2️⃣Mashed garlic is a perfect match.
3️⃣ Pressure cooker stewed elbows can shorten the length of time. Stewed elbows is to make the elbow soft, and it can be softened in any way.
