This is my grandma’s unique recipe. I haven’t eaten it in other people’s homes or restaurants. I haven’t searched for recipes. It’s an exclusive.
When I was young, there would be steamed elbows, a reserved dish for Chinese New Year and New Year. Grandma would give me the best meat in the middle.
It has been more than three years since my grandma passed away, so we must record her delicacy.

Ingredients
