Braised Pork Feet

Material map, pig feet cleaned up.

Wash the shredded squid and shiitake mushrooms and soak them in water.

Heat in a dry pan, pour in the pork knuckles, stir fry, and fry the oil.

Add soy sauce and wine and stir fry for a while, let the pig's feet remove the fishy smell and color.

Just add water to cover the meat, add star anise and cinnamon, add shredded squid and shiitake mushrooms. The water for soaking squid and the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms are also added together.
