I took a few winter bamboo shoots from my mother's house. I didn't prepare any dishes when I came home. Fortunately, I have the cured chicken wings that I dried myself. It was delicious when cooked with winter bamboo shoots.

Braised Pork Fin with Winter Bamboo Shoots

1. Peel the winter bamboo shoots and cut them into large pieces

2. Bring the water to a boil, add a little salt, add winter bamboo shoots and blanch for a few minutes to remove the astringency

3. Blanch the roots of the chicken wings to remove the dust on the surface

4. Change the knife to cut winter bamboo shoots into hob pieces

5. Put the oil in the wok to heat up, add winter bamboo shoots and chicken wings and fry together until the chicken wings are slightly yellowish, and cook a little rice wine

6. Add water to half of the winter bamboo shoots. When the water is boiled, turn to medium heat

7. When the water is about to boil dry, add salt and cook for a few minutes

8. After the water is dry, add the chopped green onion to serve
