Braised Pork Heart

Wash pig's heart congestion.

Boil in boiling water for a few minutes.

Prepare seasoning, green onion and ginger.

Add appropriate amount of water to the net pot, add the pig heart with cooking wine, marinade juice, soy sauce, salt, rock sugar, green onion and ginger, and the packaged seasoning package.
