Although it takes longer to cook meat in a casserole, I think it’s better than a pressure cooker. If you have time, you can try it.

Ingredients

Braised Pork in Casserole

1. Cut pork belly

2. Heat oil in a pan, add sugar and stir fry to get the color of sugar

3. Add the meat and stir fry until it is colored, then stir-fry for a while

4. Add garlic cloves, sliced ginger, green onion, star anise and dried chili and saute until fragrant

5. Cook the white wine, add the light soy sauce and sauté fragrant, add some hot water

6. After the water is boiled, turn to the casserole to cook for 1 hour and taste the taste. I think it is OK without adding salt, and then continue to cook for half an hour.
