Braised Pork in Casserole

Wash pork and skins.

Wash the red mushrooms.
3.
Half a pack of dried bamboo shoots.

Cut dried chili, garlic, green onion, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.

Cut the meat into pieces, and cut the skin into pieces

Stir-fry the dried bamboo shoots and red mushrooms in a hot pot with green onions.

After frying, move it into a casserole, add some water, and light it.

Saute the condiments until fragrant.

Fry the meat in a pan under the skin, low heat, and patiently drip to get the oil.

Stir-fry with cooking wine, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Add a little water.

Transfer to a casserole, low heat, cover, simmer, turn over in the middle, so as not to paste the bottom of the pot.
