Braised Pork in Casserole

1. Wash pork and skins.

2. Wash the red mushrooms.

3. Half a pack of dried bamboo shoots.

4. Cut dried chili, garlic, green onion, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.

5. Cut the meat into pieces, and cut the skin into pieces

6. Stir-fry the dried bamboo shoots and red mushrooms in a hot pot with green onions.

7. After frying, move it into a casserole, add some water, and light it.

8. Saute the condiments until fragrant.

9. Fry the meat in a pan under the skin, low heat, and patiently drip to get the oil.

10. Stir-fry with cooking wine, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.
