Braised Pork Intestines with Kelp

The fat intestines have been cleaned up before. When you want to eat, just take them out of the refrigerator. The selected pig intestines should be turned over when they are cleaned, cut off the oil, rinsed, turned over, and rinsed.

Tips:
1. The pig's large intestine must be cleaned before cooking this dish. This is a very important part. If it is not handled properly, it will directly affect the taste and appetite;
2. I usually use flour to remove the mucus on the large intestine first, then wash it several times with clean water, choose to remove dirt, then break open the large intestine, flip it over and rinse with water. This side is not very dirty, so it is easier to clean the inside of the large intestine. Some lymph and fat should be removed, and then scrubbed until it feels almost clean. Finally, turn the large intestine back to its original shape and continue flushing it.
3. It is very important to add white wine to this dish during the frying process, which can help remove the taste of fatty intestines.
