Braised Pork Knuckles

Clean the trotters and blanch the water to get rid of the smell;

Put the blanched trotters back into the pot and add 2 times the amount of water;

Add appropriate amount of green onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, and aniseed powder, turn to a low heat and simmer for 1 hour;

At the last moment when you see that the soup is almost burnt, turn on high heat for 1-3 minutes to completely drain the soup;

Sprinkle with coriander to garnish
