Braised Pork Knuckles with Soy Beans and Mushrooms

1. Wash the pig's feet and put it in the pot.

2. Soak soaked soybeans and wash them.

3. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms, wash and cut into small pieces.

4. Pour the soybeans and shiitake mushrooms into the pig's feet together.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and a small amount of dark soy sauce (color), stir evenly, add appropriate amount of water to start boiling, after boiling, change to a small fire pot, turning over every ten minutes to make the pork feet taste even.

6. It takes about an hour to cook.

Tips:

If you want a better taste, after washing the pig's feet, you can use a wok to dry the water directly, so that the pig's feet will be more tenacious.
