Braised Pork Lion Head Noodle Soup

Prepare a fresh noodle

Boil hot water in the pot, pour the raw noodles into the pot and cook until they are cut off.

Rinse cooked noodles with cold water and set aside

Wash spinach and set aside

Boil the pork belly lion head cooked before

Put in the cooked noodles
7.
Add spinach, salt and appropriate amount of light soy sauce to season and bring to a boil

You can eat the cooked noodles
Tips:
1. Wash the noodles with water until it does not stick to your hands. If you need to leave it for a period of time, put some oil on it, so that it won’t stick.
