A few days ago, I cooked a big pot of pork belly braised lion's head, there was a little left, and it was a little bit less to continue serving, I thought it would be a good choice to cook noodles as a snack!

Ingredients

Braised Pork Lion Head Noodle Soup

1. Prepare a fresh noodle

2. Boil hot water in the pot, pour the raw noodles into the pot and cook until they are cut off.

3. Rinse cooked noodles with cold water and set aside

4. Wash spinach and set aside

5. Boil the pork belly lion head cooked before

6. Put in the cooked noodles

7. Add spinach, salt and appropriate amount of light soy sauce to season and bring to a boil

8. You can eat the cooked noodles

Tips:

1. Wash the noodles with water until it does not stick to your hands. If you need to leave it for a period of time, put some oil on it, so that it won’t stick.
