Braised Pork Liver

Buy fresh pork liver.

After washing, soak in clean water for more than two hours, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and white vinegar to the water to remove fishy and flavor. Rinse well.

Boil the water in the pot and add the pig liver to blanch it. Take out one minute later. Take another pot of water, add pork liver and seasonings, including cooking wine, rock sugar, soy sauce, green onions, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, pepper, and salt. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and continue to cook for about 20 minutes until the fork is inserted into the bloodless water.

After being cooked, it can be taken directly out of slices and eaten, or it can be soaked for a few hours to taste.
