Braised Pork Noodles with Meat

Put the noodles in a basin, blanch the noodles with 200g of boiling water, pour the water and stir into a flocculent shape.

Knead and knead after kneading the dough to make the dough smoother and more chewy.

Divide the dough into quarters.

Roll out into a 3mm thick dough sheet.

Preheat the electric baking pan with oil, and put the dough into the hot electric baking pan to cook.

The cooked noodles are allowed to cool and cut into strips for later use.

Blanch the oyster mushrooms and seafood mushrooms with boiling water, then let them cool and squeeze the moisture.

Heat oil in a wok, add scallions and coriander roots and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Add tofu cubes and stir fry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir and stir well.

Add oyster mushrooms and stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, then pour in meat simmered seeds and stir-fry well, add seafood mushrooms, and pour in boiling water.

After the water is boiled, add the chopped noodles, add the greens, and it will be out of the pan in 1 minute. Sprinkle the coriander leaves before the pan.
Tips:
1. When boiling noodles, you must use freshly boiled water. The weight of the water and the noodles are the same.
2. Blanch the seafood mushrooms and oyster mushrooms with boiling water to remove the fishy smell of the mushrooms.
