Braised Pork on Rice

1. Dice pork belly.

2. Finely chop onion.

3. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water.

4. Also dice.

5. Flatten garlic, slice ginger, cut green onion, and prepare spices.

6. Boil in a frying pan, fry the onions on low heat until golden brown, drain the oil and set aside.

7. Fry the pork belly with base oil until the color changes.

8. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fragrant.

9. Add diced onion and stir fry evenly.

10. Transfer to a boiling pot, add the peeled hard-boiled egg, ginger onion spice, and rock sugar.

11. Pour in water that has not had the ingredients, boil it, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

12. Collect the juice over the fire (you don't have to collect it, the remaining juice is great for bibimbap).

Tips:
