Tips:

1. I happen to have dried bamboo shoots, or they can be replaced with other ones, such as shiitake mushrooms
2. Fried onions will be particularly fragrant, but there may be more oil when they are cooked, so use a spoon to skim out the excess oil.
3. I forgot to write the marinated egg, which means that the egg is boiled for 10 minutes and then submerged in cold water. The iced water I used is better. It can stop cooking immediately or peel it better.
4. The salt should be put after the last taste is not enough.
