Braised Pork on Rice

Pour water in the pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine and cut pork belly, and cook on high heat

Cook until the meat is white and the skin is discolored, remove and drain the water

Turn on high heat, put oil in the pot, pour in the boiled pork belly, stir fry until the meat is slightly oily

Pour into Knorr hot and stir fry fresh dew, stir fry evenly

Then put the boiled and peeled eggs into the boiling water before the eggs, then add the chopped shiitake mushrooms, oyster sauce, star anise, bay leaves, dried chili and salt, put it in, cover the pot and turn it down. Simmer for 40~45 minutes

Finally, turn on high heat to thicken the soup.
Tips:
This braised pork rice is a simplified version, no need to use shallots and soy sauce
