This is my daughter's favorite meal.

Braised Pork on Rice

1. Soak shiitake mushrooms in warm water, pork belly, green onion ginger, onion, star anise bay leaves, and prepare.

2. Cut the pork belly, (pork belly) onion into cubes, shred ginger, shiitake mushrooms, and tie the green onions into knots.

3. Pour the oil from the pan, add the pork belly when the oil is hot, fry until the meat is slightly yellow, add star anise, ginger, bay leaves, cooking wine, and stir fry until fragrant.

4. After sautéing, pour out the extra oil, add three spoons of sugar, it is best to stir fry the sugar color.

5. After the sugar is colored, add onion, shredded shiitake mushrooms and fry until fragrant, add braised soy sauce or dark soy sauce for color, add a spoonful of oil, a little salt, and stir-fry evenly.

6. Pour in warm water, add the hard-boiled eggs (shelled), add green onion knots, sprinkle with a little thirteen incense, simmer for 5 minutes on high heat and then simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.

7. I boiled it on a low fire for more than 40 minutes and it was almost the juice. Note that when the water is almost dry, be careful to turn it over from time to time, otherwise the bottom of the pot will stick to the pot.

8. Blanch the broccoli for three to five minutes (pour a few drops of oil in the water and a pinch of salt)

9. You can enjoy the delicious food on the plate. Haha

Tips:

Add a small spoonful of ketchup when putting the sugar, the sugar can be made without frying the sugar color, and the sugar color effect can be achieved, and the taste will be better!
