Braised Pork on Rice

1. Dice meat, dice onion, dice ginger and garlic, and shred cucumber.

2. Add oil, stir fry, and roast with oil. If the pan is not sticky, you don’t need to add oil, because the pork belly can produce a lot of oil.

3. After the oil on the meat comes out, add rock sugar and fry it repeatedly to melt the rock sugar.

4. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, aniseed, pepper, stir fry for a while

5. Add water and eggs. Add more water at one time. After the water is boiled, change to medium heat and cook for one hour.

6. The sauce thickens, add salt before serving, remove the eggs and cut them in half, and finally pour the meat over the rice.

Tips:

There is no other dish to use cucumber
