Braised Pork Ribs

Big row of hammer flat, use cooking wine, ginger, chopped green onion to remove fishy, marinate for 20 minutes

Pat the platters on both sides with cornstarch, then fry them until golden on both sides

Fry the big row, put it on a plate for later use

Prepare ginger, set aside

Put the oil and ginger in the pot, then pour it into a large row

Add seasonings, braised soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, green onions, and water over the large row, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, and then collect the juice on high heat.
Tips:
Less soy sauce, otherwise it's too dark
