Braised Pork Ribs

Ingredients. Chop the ribs into long roots, soak them in clean water to wash away the blood.

Add ginger and green onions to a pot and boil water.

Add the ribs to blanch.

The blanched ribs should be washed with warm water.

Bring the stewed soup to a boil.

Add ribs.

Add carrots.

Simmer for about 1 hour, then soak for half an hour, simmer for about half an hour, and then soak for half an hour or longer.

You can eat it.
Tips:
1. Wash the ribs with warm water after blanching.
2. When the braised broth is not in use, it should be boiled and set aside. Put it in a sterilized container and let it cool thoroughly before putting it in the cooler.
