Braised Pork Ribs

Chop the pork short ribs and wash them.

Slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, wash the grass fruit and star anise.

Add water to the pot to cover the ribs, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt, and simmer for 30 minutes.

The juice is dried and served on a serving plate, the meat is crispy, fragrant and delicious.
Tips:
1. The purpose of adding vinegar is to fully decompose calcium. Friends who like sweet and sour taste can increase the amount of sugar and vinegar.
2. A little bit of soy sauce and light soy sauce. I personally feel that it tastes better.
