Braised Pork Ribs

After washing the ribs, soak in cold water for half an hour.

Prepare a potbelly clay pot, put the ribs in, add water just after the ribs.

Add a piece of ginger, it doesn't need to be chopped, and it's better not to peel it. The Lafayette in my home doesn't know how to peel it for me.

Put all the dry ingredients into the material bag and put it in.

Wash the shallots and put them directly in, but leave a little green for later use.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, blanch them with hot water, and put them in.

After the fire is boiled, if there is any foam on the surface, remove it and add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and soy sauce.

Turn to medium and low heat, and cover the lid regularly for 40-50 minutes.

When the time is up, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes, then remove the green onions and the ingredients.

Take out our ribs and eat them. It can be served with garlic mash or sauce.
Tips:
1. Take out the soup from the ribs, filter and save it for use as old soup or soup.
2. I use an electric ceramic stove, which is relatively slow, and the time should be adjusted according to the situation of my home.
