Braised Pork Ribs with Carrots

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces.

Wash the radishes, peel them, and cut into pieces.
3.
Blanch the ribs and wash them.
4.
Put water, ribs, cooking wine in the pot and simmer for half an hour.
5.
Add radish and corn kernels, simmer for half an hour, add salt and white pepper to taste.
Tips:
It should be better to use corn on the cob, but I forgot to buy it. . .
