Tips:

1. You can put some sugar when marinating. To taste. I didn't let it go because I was losing weight. Hahaha. Although I don't believe it either. 2. Friends who don’t like cooking wine, just like me, put vinegar to get rid of fishy. 3. I don’t like to use a pressure cooker. If you have time, just use the pot to boil it. Just spread the water over the ribs.
