Braised Pork Ribs with Lotus Root

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the ribs two or three times with water, add an appropriate amount of rice wine, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut lotus root into pieces, cut onion and ginger.

Prepare soy sauce and 1 small piece of rock sugar.

Tips:
