Braised Pork Ribs with Mushrooms

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces, marinate with salt oil and cornstarch, soak the mushrooms in advance and wash them, and slice ginger and garlic into sections for later use.

Put the oil in the hot pan, add the marinated ribs in the oil, and scoop it up for later use.

Pour out the excess oil and leave a proper amount of oil. Saute the ginger and shallots into the ribs and stir fry evenly.

Pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, add in the pasta water, cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Taste fifteen minutes later, use cornstarch water to thicken the juice and sprinkle with green onions.
