Braised Pork Ribs with Orange Sauce

1. Cut carrots, slice green peppers and ginger, and cut green onions into sections!

2. Press the pressure cooker for 15 minutes, take it out and rinse with cold water, drain the water and set aside!

3. Leave the oil in the pot, pour the ribs, ginger and garlic, and fry on low heat until golden on both sides!
