Braised Pork Ribs with Pickles

Boil the ribs in a hot pot under cold water, then remove and rinse.

Wash salty sauerkraut, cut and set aside

Wash and slice small yellow ginger

Stir fragrant ginger slices with oil in a hot pan

Add the ribs, stir fry, and fry for a while
