Braised Pork Ribs with Plum Sauce and Maqiao Dried Beans

Soak pork ribs in clean blood first

Tofu sliced diagonally

Jiuzhihuamei, sliced ginger and star anise

Pour in the base oil and heat it for 5 minutes first, add the seasoning and sauté

Add pork ribs and stir fry until all the ribs are discolored

Add cooking wine

Pour in the plum

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce

Stir-fry evenly and add boiling water, the amount of water and food is almost equal

Cover high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour

Then turn on the high heat and cook for 2 minutes, do not let the soup dry, turn off the heat

Tips:
1. This dish stews all the plum flavor into the soup. The sweet and sour taste is just right, so there is no need to add sugar to taste;
2. The ribs should be simmered over a low heat to make the bones crisp and crumbly.
