Braised Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Ask someone to chop and clean the ribs when you buy them.

Slice ginger and set aside.

Heat the pan and add oil to sauté the ginger slices.

Then stir-fry the ribs.

Add the right amount of cooking wine and continue to stir fry.

Then add an appropriate amount of Zhu Hou Sauce and saute.

Add an appropriate amount of water.
8.
Cover and simmer on high heat.

Peel the potatoes.

Cut into pieces and wash the onions.

Pour the potatoes into the pot of braised ribs, close the lid and continue braising.
12.
Simmer the ribs and potatoes and add some salt to taste.
13.
Add an appropriate amount when the water is not enough during the braising process.
14.
Add the scallions over high heat to collect the juice and serve. (Because potatoes have ingots, corn starch is not used to thicken them)
15.
Finished product.
