Braised Pork Ribs with Pumpkin and Yam

Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain, add salt and chicken powder, stir well, and marinate for about 20 minutes

Peel the yam and wash it. It is best to wear disposable gloves when removing the yam skin. Peel the garlic cloves, smash them, peel the pumpkin, wash, and cut into thick slices. Yam also cut into thick slices

Tips:
When handling yam, wearing disposable gloves can prevent allergies from causing redness and itching of the skin on the hands. The ribs should be marinated in advance to taste, add pumpkin and yam after frying. Do not cook for too long. The pumpkin and yam can be shoveled when they are soft.
