Braised Pork Ribs with Sweet Potato Flour

Chop fresh ribs into pieces.

Soak in cooking wine for 1 hour, changing the water 2 times in between.

Put the sweet potato vermicelli into a bowl.

Add cold water to soak the vermicelli.

Various ingredients are prepared.

Soak the ribs in bleeding water, wash and drain.

Heat the pan with cold oil and stir fry with the spices.

Tips:
1: If you use an ordinary pressure cooker, you need to add more soup, and the pressure time should be free to grasp.
