Braised Pork Ribs with Taro

Wash the ribs once and wash them out of foam.

Peel the small taro and cut into pieces for later use.

Fry the small taro in a hot oil pan.

Stir-fry the garlic cloves in a hot oil pan and fry the ribs (depending on the individual, I was afraid of getting angry, so I fry it a bit).

Add the fried small taro to the ribs and stir fry evenly.

Add the right amount of boiled water, add the right amount of sugar, salt and soy sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes. Put in the right amount of oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.
