Braised Pork Ribs with Yam Pumpkin
1.
Cut the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain, add salt and chicken powder, stir evenly, and marinate for about 20 minutes.
2.
Peel the yam and wash it. It is best to wear disposable gloves when removing the yam skin. Some people will be allergic to that layer of mucus, causing the skin on their hands to become red and itchy. The most straightforward way is to ask the vegetable farmer to peel the skins and rinse them at home.
3.
Peel the garlic cloves, smash them, peel the pumpkin, wash, and cut into thick slices. The yam is also cut into thick slices.

Fry the ribs until browned on both sides, pour the garlic cloves and sauté.
6.

Tips:
When handling yam, wearing disposable gloves can prevent allergies from causing redness and itching of the skin on the hands. The ribs should be marinated in advance to taste, add pumpkin and yam after frying. Do not cook for too long. The pumpkin and yam can be shoveled when they are soft. Pay attention to the amount of water and take care of the heat, and be careful to paste the bottom of the pot.
