Braised Pork Shoulder

Dehairing and washing. Fresh without blanching.

Add soy sauce, ginger, cinnamon and star anise. Add salt to adjust the saltiness, add appropriate rock sugar to facilitate the coloring.

Add all the ingredients and condiments.

Just pass the pork knuckle in the water. If you find that the number of soy sauces has decreased, you can add enough at this time.

It takes 40 minutes to press the electric pressure cooker in my home, and the normal pressure cooker is about an hour or so.

This is the finished product :-)! After serving, you can cut it into small pieces with a knife.
Tips:
It must be simmered for enough time to feel soft and melt in the mouth to make it delicious.
