Braised Pork Stew

1. Wash all the ingredients and cut them for later use. Stir-fry the pork belly with boiling water.

2. Put the oil in the pan and preheat for two minutes, then add the pork belly.

3. Stir-fry until browned.

4. Add chopped green onion, small red pepper, ginger, aniseed, braised soy sauce, stir and fry for 2 minutes.

5. Add the persimmons and continue to stir and fry for two minutes.

6. Put it in a pressure cooker, add salt, add water, and add the remaining seasoning.

7. Put in all the dishes.

8. Just press it for 30 minutes.
