Pork stewed vermicelli is the most northeastern home-cooked dish. This braised pork stewed vermicelli is my improved dish. The braised pork is fat but not greasy. The vermicelli is salty, fresh and soft. With a bowl of rice, it’s a fragrant dish!

Ingredients

Braised Pork Stew with Crystal Powder

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces about 2.6 cm

2. Prepare the accessories, cut the green onion into sections, and cut the ginger into slices

3. Soak the crystal powder in cold water for 30 minutes and remove it for use

4. Pork belly in a pot under cold water, blanch for 5 minutes after boiling

5. Take it out and wash it with warm water and drain the water

6. Add soy salad oil to the pot and heat up, then add the peppercorns, aniseed, cinnamon and rock sugar, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

7. Add bay leaves, green onion and ginger slices, stir fry for aroma

8. Add pork belly, cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir fry for about 3 minutes

9. Add boiling water, the amount of water is below the pork belly, and let it cook for about 20 minutes

10. Add salt and mix thoroughly

11. Beat out the pork belly first

12. Add the crystal powder and let it burn for 5 minutes

13. Put the crystal powder on the bottom of the plate

14. Add braised pork on top

15. Leave a little soup in the pot to boil

16. Add 1 tablespoon of water to starch to make water starch

17. Pour the water starch into the soup and boil the juice

18. Just pour the glutinous sauce on the braised pork and crystal powder. The braised pork belly and crystal powder are ready.

19. Served with a bowl of rice, let's eat it beautifully!

Tips:

When cooking braised pork, choose fresh pork belly. When you cook it, you should pay attention to the time. The meat is not delicious if it is too soft or too hard.
