Braised Pork Trotters

Blanch the trotters, add green onion and ginger, and pour the cooking wine.

Skim off the foam and remove it for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of edible oil in the pot, add sugar and fry for color, and fry on low heat until brown.

Pour in the trotters and stir fry evenly.

Add 2 slices of Angelica dahurica, 2 slices of bay leaves, 2 star anises, 1 piece of cinnamon, pour in green onion and ginger, stir-fry evenly.

Pour beer, oyster sauce, stir well, a spoonful of sugar, dark soy sauce, Donggu soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, and simmer for one hour.
